Mr. Schoenemann studied visual communication at the University of Texas, did graduate study in package design at Pratt Institute and returned to Houston, Texas in 1972 to open his own design studio. Throughout his professional career as a designer he has always produced fine art in his time away from design work. Over the past 10 years he has shifted his focus to an in-depth study of photo collage and pixel manipulation techniques. The new media fine art collages are created as one-of-a-kind pieces of art.

Presly has had gallery representation with the Jack Meier Gallery in Houston, and has been featured in a one man show, “Precisions of Abstract Space”, at the L´Alliance Francaise de Houston. Mr. Schoenemann has work in the corporate collections of Sloan-Kettering, Coca Cola Foods and Wells Fargo, as well as having placed work with Skyline Art Services of Houston. Presly has participated in the ADC Gallery Annual Show in Cincinnati, Ohio, the A-Smith Gallery Show in Johnson City, Texas, the Annual Houston Art Alliance Juried Show for the past five years, Burden Museum's Annual Juried Show in Baton Rouge, LA, and a Katy Contemporary Arts Museum group show.

Mr. Schoenemann holds a BFA degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with Graduate Fellowship study at Pratt Institute in New York City. He has also taught at the Art Institute in Houston.
